PrimsinMusic is the art installation created by Aloisio Congrejo and Moki Yuitza for the Linden Endowment for the Art. It is a tribute to the famous artist Kandinsky. The installation is created with inventiveness and creativity. If you look at the installation from below and listen to the sounds (as indicated in the tips distributed at Landing Point), you can enjoy the color, music, and movement. Walking in different spaces is regenerating and intriguing. But it is by observing the installation from above that the magic happens. And here the “circle closes” for the observer: Ladies and Gentlemen… Kandinsky! I recommend visiting the awesome installation at LEA4 before it closes at the end of June.

The musical synesthesia and the problem of the relationship sound-color was, therefore, a common thread between many artists … but surely with his works and his experiences of life, Kandinsky represents the most refined and elaborate conceptualization.
Beautiful. Exciting. Enchanting. Suggestive. Involving. I could go on forever to find adjectives like these ones to describe yesterday’s evening at SL 16B Music Fair. The live performers for the first musical evening (Italian Time) were:

Unfortunately, the lag (slowdown) due to many different causes (including of course a large number of people present), has created difficulties for many people, including me. I was lucky enough to be able to record an acceptable video of the performance of Tempio Breil (in homage to my homeland, Italy). While I was enjoying the shows, I discovered that some people shared on Facebook (but I also assume on other Socials) the live videos of the event. In this way they also allowed other people to attend the show. So, the total number of spectators who appreciated yesterday’s live performances is much higher than the people present (there were already many). In this post, I share with you guys the live broadcasts of last night and my video on Tempio Breil, with which I congratulate.

SL 16B Music Fair: Welcome Speech With Patch Linden
SL16B opens today at 10 AM SLT (Pacific Time) to public. In Italy at 07 PM (19:00). In this post, I want to share you, guys, the most useful links to have a better experience there.
Let me suggest you to use the links I am going to share, since it’s possible will be lag and you could be in difficult to walk/run or fly.
While waiting for the official opening of the SL16B event dedicated to the celebration of the 16th birthday of Second Life, I would like to share with you the first video about this (outstanding) appointment. It is created by Linden Lab™ itself to invite all its residents to celebrate with them.
In my opinion, Linden Lab™ organizes an event that allows its residents to really feel part of a community.
Usually, we enter the platform, live our experiences, organize our events, and slog off. With SL16B, the community of artist-residents made an essential contribution to the success of the event. Not least, live performers and volunteers. The members of the Linden Lab™ Team were, it has to be said, professional and kind. They also showed extraordinary patience and dedication to the event.

SL16B is about to start: the enthusiasm of the exhibiting artists along with the patience and devotion of the Linden Lab™ Team (particularly Mischievious Mole and Squeaky Mole), was a winning mix. I’m visiting the different exhibitions and, even if I can’t share the images of the exhibits yet, I can say that there are many original art installations. As you know, this year’s theme is “Sweet Sixteen,” and the required setting is from the glorious 50s. The artists’ imagination to be consistent with this (not comfortable) theme was incredible. Let’s see now what awaits us in the coming days. The most important stages, in short.
First of all, the Music Fair which will take the stage on 21 and 22 June. The official opening will be on June 20, the day when the exhibitors, volunteers and members of the Team of Linden themselves will open the doors of the event. In the two days following the opening, the Music Fair will take the stage. This is a unique opportunity to know and appreciate the best live performers of Second Life. As an Italian, I am very proud of the presence of Tempio Breil, to whom I wish all the best. Here is the calendar, I recommend you to mark these dates:
If you make videos or other projects that require background music, you will have realized that YouTube, Facebook, and many other Socials have implemented algorithms that control your media processing in advance. Among other controls, the algorithms are designed to devote a lot of attention to music. If you choose music for your project protected by copyright (as with all known musicians), Youtube/Facebook and other Socials will disable your audio content. The result will be a silent video for your listeners. Besides, you will have the unpleasant feeling of having wasted time, because you will have to rework the video by choosing new music. It may seem a minor problem, but when your project includes several multimedia contents processed to your content, redoing the audio is not a quick operation. On the contrary. So I decided to save precious time by doing my own audio projects, using my musical knowledge and some programs for creating music.
