I want to wish a happy new year to all the readers of iLoveEvents and thank my collaborators in particular. A special thanks goes to Violet Boa, who has been working with us for years, specializing in artistic and musical events. In 2024, Violet increased the number of events promoted, showing great passion despite the commitments of real life. I also thank Sabina Valeska for her professional videos that enrich our site, and Shelia Lopez for her contribution to shopping events.
iLoveEvents is dedicated to promoting events that encourage socialization and community building, not just shopping events. In Second Life, with fewer than 500,000 daily users, it is essential to promote gatherings to encourage socialization. We have received some aggressive messages, which we do not understand, as we do not consider ourselves competitive but work with passion balancing real life and Second Life.
None of us are native English speakers, so we use artificial intelligence tools to translate our content. We are aware that the translations may seem artificial, but we are working to improve the texts. It is surprising to receive criticism from native English speakers, considering that only 17% of the world’s population speaks English. I thank my collaborators again for their excellent work despite the linguistic difficulties.
