A Hermitage and Inner Sanctuary

Discovering Peace, Love, and Yourself

A hermitage is a secluded retreat that offers a unique environment dedicated to peace, love, and personal growth. Nestled away from the distractions of daily life, it serves as an inner sanctuary where individuals can quiet their minds, reflect deeply, and reconnect with their true selves. Within its tranquil walls, visitors find the space to meditate, journal, and contemplate, allowing them to cultivate a profound sense of inner harmony.

Such sanctuaries are designed to nurture both body and spirit. Surrounded by nature and serenity, they encourage mindfulness, self-acceptance, and loving kindness toward oneself and others. Whether seeking solace, healing, or inspiration, a hermitage provides a gentle haven where anyone can embark on a journey of self-discovery and find renewed purpose and joy.

Inner Sanctuary is a private retreat offering an environment focused on tranquility, well-being, and personal development. Situated in a serene and elevated setting, it provides a space for reflection, mindfulness, and renewed connection. The natural surroundings foster calm and restoration, supporting individuals in their pursuit of growth and inspiration. It is a refined setting designed to encourage purpose and fulfillment.

Every Sunday at 7 am SLT, Anu and the BREATHE group meet in-world for a 30-minute mantra session to connect and unwind from weekly stress.

Expanding Access to Mindfulness through Technology

Yogi Bhajan Disclaimer:

The teachings of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan have inspired these practices. These techniques honor traditional practices but are also updated for today’s settings and reflect a wider perspective on yoga and wellness.  It is also important to acknowledge that serious allegations have been made against Yogi Bhajan. While I do not condone any harm he is accused of, I honor the profound impact of Kundalini Yoga on my life and offer this practice as a means for personal growth and healing, independent of its founder.

Devi Kaur Khalsa (Anu Papp) a certified Kundalini yoga instructor, and a member of the 3HO Global Foundation.
