There is a specific kind of magic that happens when a voice carries the weight of a journey. On January 11th at 12 PM SLT, we invite you to step out of the digital noise and into a space where music isn’t just heard – it’s felt. The Midnight Cabaret is incredibly proud to host the incomparable Jess Rabbit, a woman whose life story is as evocative as the jazz standards she masterfully breathes life into.

Jess’s story is one of resilience and transformation. Originally a fixture of the vibrant jazz scene in Ukraine, she spent years as a soloist, commanding festival stages and smoky club corners alike. Life led her to Sweden in 2022, but through every transition – from her days in punk rock bands to her time behind the microphone in radio and recording studios – one constant remained: her heartbeat belongs to jazz.

Since making her debut in Second Life in November 2025, Jess has found a new way to connect. She brings that “real-world” grit and professional polish to the virtual stage, fueled by the raw energy that only a live performance can provide.

This isn’t just a setlist; it’s an atmosphere. Expect an afternoon (12–2 PM SLT) drenched in soulful melodies and rich, velvet tones. Jess specializes in the classics, delivering jazz covers that feel both nostalgic and entirely fresh.

The Details:

When: January 11th | 12 PM – 2 PM SLT

Where: The Midnight Cabaret

The Vibe: Old-world glamour. Think candlelit tables, low-hanging smoke, and the clink of ice in a crystal glass.

The Dress Code: We encourage you to lean into the elegance. Dust off those vintage silhouettes, don your slinky gowns, or sharpen up in a tailored suit. Let’s match the sophistication of the music with our style.

A Note from the House
As the PR Manager for The Midnight Cabaret, I’ve seen many performers grace our stage, but there is something uniquely moving about Jess Rabbit’s arrival. Under the visionary curation of our owner and builder, Crienelien Lythi, we’ve strived to create a venue that feels like a living, breathing sanctuary for the arts. This Sunday, that vision comes to life perfectly.

Settle in, find a seat near the stage, and let Jess Rabbit take you on a journey from Kyiv to the Cabaret.
